“Gindara” Southern Black Cod

ORIGIN – INDONESIA

Haddock

Similar to Cod fish in appearance, with lateral lines running from head to tail, yet different in terms of taste, the Haddock has a mild, sweet taste with lean white flesh and a texture that remain firm after cooking. Monkfish
